What does a complete package cover?
Your approved brief travels with the renders, concept plan, plant list, care guide, sourced local budget and contractor bid scope. Two rounds of revisions are included.
- The budget lists quantities, local source dates, labor assumptions, contingency and exclusions. Estimates are guidance; contractor quotes set the final price.
- The plant key shows botanical names, quantities and site checks. The care guide covers establishment watering, mulch and first-year maintenance.
- The bid scope asks each contractor to itemize removal, preparation, hardscape, planting and licensed work so you can compare like for like.
- Rebates are shown separately, with eligibility and pre-approval requirements. The design flags where your site needs a licensed professional.

How do you make the designs?
We use AI tools to produce renders and first drafts. Every design is checked against your approved brief, plant rules and a review checklist before delivery. Your paid design uses your own yard photos, with your actual house kept as it is. The image on this page is an illustrative AI-generated concept.
Can you help me replace a lawn?
Yes. We can plan low-water beds, paths, gravel, mulch and at-grade patios in place of lawn. Your budget includes turf rebate guidance where you may qualify. Programs vary, and many require approval before lawn removal.
Do you install it or choose a contractor?
We don’t install. You receive a written scope to send to three local landscapers, so you can compare their quotes item for item. You hire and pay your contractor directly. We take no fees from contractors.
What can—and can’t—you design?
We design planting, paths, gravel and mulch, at-grade patios and boulders. Pools, structures, walls over about 2 feet, grading, drainage, irrigation hydraulics, electrical and gas work need a licensed contractor. We flag those needs rather than treating a concept as construction instructions.
Are these construction or permit drawings?
No. We provide concept designs that show design intent. We are not a landscape architecture firm. A measured concept is not a survey or a set of construction documents; your contractor must verify site dimensions, setbacks and conditions before building.
What photos and measurements do you need?
Start with one photo for the free preview. For the full design, send several daylight photos from the yard’s corners and the house, plus rough dimensions. We guide the capture. Tell us about slopes, shade, setbacks and anything that must stay.
Where do you work, and what about my HOA?
We design for US homeowners, using your ZIP code and site details to check plant choices and estimate local costs. Send your HOA’s written rules with the brief. We design against the rules you provide; your HOA decides whether to approve your submission.
What if the design misses what I asked for?
Two rounds of revisions are included. If the first draft misses your approved brief, tell us within 14 days and we’ll fix it within 72 hours or refund you in full. Your brief check makes those requests easy to track.
